If all looks and sounds good, we will agree on a meeting place and time for our first meeting. I will go over my policies and rates and will do an in-depth questionaire with you to zero in on areas of your life that you want to improve and write up a program of steps for you to take to handle whatever came up.

After that we will schedule regular meetings as needed to keep you on track and to help you get the most out of your coaching.  These might be in person, but can also be done on the phone depending on what we are dealing with. 

We can also have regular e-mail communications to stay in touch.
